Awards...

I often feel emotional when I receive blog awards because I find it hard to believe sometimes that I have made so many wonderful friends without even meeting any of them. I'm even in contact with some of them every day and some definitely hold a special place in my heart.

What's funny is that my daughter calls them my "virtual" friends. Whenever I begin to tell her about one of them, she says, "oh, you mean your 'virtual' friend? ...teenagers!

This beautiful Autumn "I Love You Blog" was actually given to me by two lovely ladies. The first one was given to me by one of my most talented and sweetest virtual friend, Heather, of Heather's Coffee Break. Heather is like a ray of sunshine after a storm. The second award came from the beautiful and ever so talented Niki Estes, of My Paper Creations. Before I "met" Niki, I was a bit intimidated by her because she was just way up there with the "big designers." But after "meeting" her, I found her to be so sweet and so helpful and patient (especially with all my questions). I feel very blessed that you thought of me. Love you both!
