Today's post is actually my husband's attempt at card making. No kidding!!! He was so excited about making this "card" and was sure that it was going to be a breeze to make, so he bought enough materials to make about 12. Well, I sat back and watched him get frustrated... and frustrated. After a few trips to the hardware store and several hours later, he finally finished one. I'm very proud of his finished card. Isn't it cool? I think so. What I really admire is his drive to finish this project, no matter how frustrating
it was for him. A few hours after that, he actually said he was ready to make another one!
The card is 5x7 with a frame in the front that he made so that a 3.5x5 picture can easily be inserted. To write a note, you simply use a Sharpie® marker.
Great job and design, hon!

Your creativity is rubbing off!
That is so neat that your husband would make a card. I love the hinges. I wouldn't want to pay the postage but it is a card that anyone would enjoy getting. It is perfect for the picture he chose.
Love it! Looks like he really thought it through.
Absolutely stunning!
A great male project!
