It's the eve of our Great Country's Day of Independence and I'm so grateful of the blessings God has given our country. I am so proud to be an American and happy that I'm free to worship the God that I chose to follow.
In honor of the day of firecrackers, picnics and whatnot's, I was inspired to make this favor box out of a "popcorn" box. It measures about 3-3/4" tall, 2-1/2" sq. on top and 1-1/2" sq. at the bottom. I punched the sides with the small SU! star punch and punched out extras and attached them to silver cords to dangle off the front sign and off the two ribbon handles.
The sentiment in the front is made with JustRite stamp set, which I just love using! I then cut it out using the oval nestabilities die. When I attached the white scalloped sign to the red plain one, I puffed up the while card stock first for interest.
You can fill this box with just about anything: candies, little gifts, gift cards, or use it for decorating a party. If you'd like more information on where to get these "popcorn" boxes, you can find them here. Thanks for stopping by.
